The Sales Team Leader will oversee the Peripheral Intervention product line in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Sales Team Leader can be based in Prague, Brno, or Ostrava.
This leadership role involves managing sales performance within the designated region of Czech Republic and Slovakia, aligning with the company's strategic goals and ensuring adherence to local laws. The Team Leader will direct daily operations according to established plans and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients. Furthermore, this individual will be tasked with pinpointing avenues for business expansion by cultivating new markets or clientele through creative methods. Providing insights on market dynamics and competitor actions is also crucial for strategizing to safeguard and improve our market standing. Lastly, fostering effective collaboration with internal departments (such as Marketing and Finance) and external stakeholders (like distributors and customers) is essential.
