Požadavky na uchazeče

For our client we are looking for a Logistic Specilist/Administrator.


Job description:

* Ensuring transportation of products by road/sea/railway (looking for forwarders, cooperation with warehouses, ordering transportation, communication in all steps of transportation of the goods etc.)
* Planning the volumes, agrees conditions with forwarders/warehouses
* Preparing all transportation documents
* Organizing tenders between forwarders
* Participating during inventory
* Cooperates with customs brokers
* Processing the claims regarding transportation
* Control of the invoices and documentation from forwarders/warehouses/customs brokers
* Preparing the statistics, analyzing the data

who we are looking for

* Higher education (logistic, international trade or similar)
* Languages: Ukrainian/Russian, Czech intermediary, English intermediary
* Legal residence in the Czech Republic / Visa Dočasná ochrana acceptable
* Experience in logistic (>1 year preferably)
* Experience with customs, import/export procedures
* Experience with Excel
* Communicative, stress resistance, responsibility, efficiency
