For our client international company located near to metro in Prague 5 we are looking for candidates on the position
Support the Catalyst team members in the analysis, design and implementation and execution of the Catalyst learning portfolio
Support the Catalyst programme team in preparing project updates for team calls, maintaining project plans and collaboration spaces for the project
Participate in identifying and analyzing existing programs, workshops and learning modules across all Lines of Business that could support development of Catalyst employees
Participate in the creation of communication strategy to employees about the Catalyst programme.
Assist in the preparation of materials for negotiation with our social partners
Work closely together with various business units such as operations offices and leadership teams within and outside HR
Support the Launch of the 2017 Catalyst programme
Plan, coordinate, lead, communicate and execute global networking events from virtual perspective
Minimum of 3 years experience in project or programme management role
Must be fluent in English
Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues
Strong written communication skills
Strong detail orientation; analytical skills
Excellent time management skills
High tolerance for ambiguity and change
Takes personal responsibility to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction despite time pressure
Project Management experience is a plus, inclusive of proficiency in Microsoft Projects
Excellent MS Office skills, specifically PowerPoint, Word and MS Excel (strong pivot table knowledge required).
Good analytical and quality oriented skills (quality focus); goal-oriented approach to your work
Knowing business demand(s) in program office and operations related tasks.
Social Media savvy, inclusive of Tweeting, Blogging, etc.
A differentiator and plus would be to have the following knowledge/skills: Microsoft Movie Maker, Adobe Photo Shop, Video Creation/Splicing, Graphic Design.
Experience of working with and contributing to Employee Engagement segments and programmes
The ability to manage large projects or initiatives across multiple locations
Previous HR Experience is a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint, and in general be very computer savvy
Experience working in a global project environment with different stakeholders
Possibility to work at international company
